• Guests should carry government approved Photo Identity.( Original)
• Cancellation Policy.

• Roaming outside premises post 10 PM not allowed.
• Drug consume at resort premises strictly prohibited.
• Loud Speaker not allowed at resort premises.

Cancellation for Offline/Online booking

• Before 30 Days Its 100% Refund.
• Before 21 Days to 30 days 80% Refund.
• Before 15 Days to 21 Days 70% Refund.
• Before 7 Days to 15 Days 60% Refund.
• 3 Days to 7 Days 50% Refund.
• Post that there will be no refund.
• OR
• you can do book alternet daily subject to availability.

1. You have to call to the resort and cancel your booking and you can do book alternet daily subject to availability.
2. If you do not want to book alternative day then we cancel your booking and refund as per the cancellation policy to you.
3. Refund will initiate to your bank subject to validation (You need to mail us bank details). Refund will take 7 to 10 days
